Stop Play'n was created in the weight room while myself and a few guys were working out. As we were lifting they were wasting too much valuable time talking in between sets. I always told the guys, STOP PLAY'N lets work. From that day forward, this was our gym moto, "STOP PLAY'N". Stop Play'n has several meanings that can translate in everyday life. Let's Stop Play'n with our health, finances, family, future, & God. It's time to work!
